Orbital Expansion Surgery corrects exophthalmos!

50 year old male patient underwent 2 walls orbital expansion surgery(inside from lower eyelid and medial) with microfat graft on forehead and midcheek.




He was especially satisfied with cheek bulgeness and was also delighted with prominent eyeball correction.
He had very severe complex against prominent eyeballs during his life and now his life is changed. 






Orbital expansion surgery means enlargement of orbital room which eyeball sit on.
There is no visible scar around eyelid due to transconjuntival incision.
